We are looking for a teacher who is ambitious to develop their career at St Joseph’s and provide a nurturing environment where young children will flourish and learn. This is a full-time, established teaching post and applications are invited from teachers who fully support the distinctive nature and ethos of a Catholic school.

he successful applicant will have a strong early years ethos, be passionate about how children learn best and relentless in their drive to ensure every child succeeds. We are looking for a teacher who can develop a stimulating learning environment which is carefully organised and equipped to offer challenge and meet children’s needs, interests and stages of development. You will teach a mixed Reception class/Year 1 class.
We are a small staff team and we need a teacher who is a strong team player and wants to contribute to all aspects of school life. We offer wonderful children, supportive governors and leadership and a friendly staff team. As a school, we work in collaboration with our family of Diocesan schools and the STAR Alliance and there will be opportunities to work with teachers and leaders from across the Diocese, with high quality CPD opportunities. Visits to the school are welcomed and encouraged. Pre-school assistant/General teaching assistant
St Joseph’s is a growing school and we are looking to recruit a Pre-school assistant/Teaching Assistant to work in our pre-school and Reception/Y1.
