School closes for summer on Tuesday 26th July at 2.30pm and re-opens on Tuesday 6th September at 8.50am.

Welcome to our school, St Joseph's is a Voluntary Aided Catholic Primary School, maintained by North Yorkshire County Council, in the Diocese of Leeds.  We serve the parish of St Joseph's in Tadcaster.

We are a happy, family school and we welcome children from different backgrounds.  We have pupils on roll from Tadcaster and surrounding areas including Towton, Ullerskelf and Church Fenton.  We are all extremely proud of everything that goes on in our school and hope you enjoy learning more about us from our website.

We value and appreciate the strong partnership that exists between the school, parish and home.  Our staff, governors and parish work closely to support our families.  It is upon these solid foundations, working together, that we can offer your child a positive, purposeful and high quality education.  We aim to provide a stimulating learning environment where all our children are challenged to achieve.  We strive to ensure that each child grows to their full potential in a caring community and we sum this up in our mission statement to 'live. love and learn with the Lord'.  We hope that you enjoy visiting our website, if you would like to apply for a place for September 2016 you will find all the necessary information here.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like more information, or have any additional queries.

Regards
